The selective membership process at Oakbourne Country Club is based on invitation only and a screening of the invitee's individual characteristics, which insures that all members share goals, beliefs and traditions. The screening process involves an affirmative vote by the Oakbourne Country Club Board of Directors. Please contact

Membership Enrollment and Acceptance Policies
- All prospective members of Oakbourne Country Club must be invited to join by two current members.
- The membership prospect must submit a complete application.
- The membership prospect must submit a check for the applicable fees at or before meeting with the Membership Director. A vote of acceptance or rejection of the membership application will occur at the next Board of Directors' Meeting. The membership prospect will be able to use the facilities, pending Board approval, after having submitted the requisite fees and after approval of the Membership Committee.
Membership Categories and Facilities Usage
Stock Membership
Stock member, legal spouse, and (immediate family) sons and daughters, never married, dependent, unemployed and under the age of 22 shall have full use of the club facilities to include dining, golf, tennis, and swimming pool.
Young Executive Membership
Young Executive member (age 35–39), legal spouse, and immediate family as stated above shall have full use of the club facilities to include dining, golf, tennis, and swimming pool.
Junior Membership
There are 3 phases of junior membership.
Phase 1: Age 18–27 have full use of the club facilities to include dining, golf, tennis, and swimming pool.
Restrictions: Cannot take advantage of the $40 family rate.
Phase 2: Age 28–29 have full use of the club facilities to include dining, golf, tennis, and swimming pool.
Phase 3: Age 30–34 have full use of the club facilities, to include dining, golf, tennis, and swimming pool.
Social Membership
Social Members, legal spouse, and immediate family as stated above shall have use of the tennis, swimming, and dining facilities ONLY. This membership
excludes the use of the golf course, driving range, chipping green and putting green.
Non Resident Membership
Non-resident member, legal spouse, and immediate family as stated above shall not live within a 75-mile radius of Oakbourne Country Club. Non-resident member shall have full use of the club facilities to include dining, golf, tennis, and swimming pool.
Golf Minor Membership
Oakbourne's Golf Minor Membership has a cap of 10 members. The membership shall only include the minor member, who must be between the ages of 12-17. There will be no guests, no family guest fee, no tee times between 12:30-3:00 pm on Fridays, must pass an etiquette test and a credit card must be kept on file. The parents/ legal guardian must sign the application and be liable for the membership. The parents may only use the pool and grill when the child is present on the premises.
Tennis Minor Membership
Tennis Minor member only, no other family shall have access to any Oakbourne facilities. The tennis minor membership must be under the age of 18. The member shall only have use of the tennis courts. The membership only includes dining privileges when ordering from the Tennis Pro Shop. No pool, clubhouse or golfing privileges are allowed. The parents/ legal guardian must sign the application and be liable for the membership.
